Hi everyone, I joined HealthUnlocked way back when and ended up getting distracted away from it - if you read my bio, you'll see this isn't unusual.

I just wanted to introduce myself again seeing as there's so many more people on here than I was first here. I'm 26 living in Leeds, UK. I was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 14 and have been through a whole world of everything since then. I went to uni and did a degree in Journalism, worked in advertising for a bit before deciding it wasn't for me and now I work in fundraising for a charity.

I pretty much know how to handle myself now but I still get my down days, especially when I end up in hospital once again! Most of the time I look back on everything I've been through and feel proud, but sometimes I despair at how I dealt with things - I guess that's just how it goes!
