I used 2 have an 'SOS' necklace with all my medical details inside, now I wear an Italian charm bracelet with medical info on if I'm not with my other half, also have medical info logged on my phone ;0)

How do you log info on your phone so people know where to look?

I've wondered about a bracelet - but the nice ones cost so much money and just because you have lupus shouldn't mean you have to be tacky!

Maybe you could put it on your Christmas list! I've got exciting things like a blood pressure monitor on mine!!!

Thanks Janekins..... but, but, but, but.... I need useful stuff like bits for my camera! (This is less frivolous than it sounds - if I wasn't so addicted to photography there are many days when I wouldn't leave the house. A camera = fresh air, exercise and socialising; bracelet = admission of illness.

(Forgive me - I know how mad that sounds!)

:)

U can add links 2 any Italian charm bracelet. I have a link with my blood type, 1 with 'lupus' on & with with 'On Warfarin' on it so far.

I know you can put your next ok kin on your mobile, so if you have a problem someone could phone them. You put it under ICE

In case of emergency

I've put my info on 1 of my main screens (u can do it using the 'note' or 'task' function on a lot of phones, then save it as a screen saver) & make sure it's on my main screen if I'm out & about
