You know having all these illness's and everything we have to go through, it cant take away our ability to smile. When we are all suffering and everything looks at its worst, just try a smile. The smile is mine and the illness wont have it, it is mine.

I like this. Its like when people say, how r u today and you say 'I'm ok'. Thats telling the illness it will not grind you down, thats the theory anyway.lol x
The illness takes so much from us, we need to hold on to something, and if its only a smile we have something that is ours and no one elses...

Been feeling rotten all day - but do u know what! I'm smiling!! A big Thank you for lifting a dark mood. It's good to feel that we are not alone, sometimes it feels like that. I'm a newbie but have found great support from all of you. Thanks again, guys.
