Yes, it's the one thing that drives me mad. It got to the point where I couldn't keep awake on the train on the way home from work. If I missed my stop at Leicester the next one was London St Pancras. Oh how I laughed (not)! I manage to stay awake during the day when taking prednisolone but the first magic pill for fatigue I'll be at the front of the queue. Have you had your thyroid levels checked, sometimes lupus can affect this?

I suffer from terrible fatigue, my Doctor prescribed Depmedrone in a monthly injection. It does help more than oral steriods, but fatigue can still be troublesome. I think its all part of the disease which Science has yet to conquer.

Wow yes i get tiredness this way, some days the fatigue rally gets me down.Today diagnosed with fybro so all i really like to do is have pain under control then maybe i wouldnt always be so tired?? its took them 3 years to find my lupus,,i also have livedoreticularis last 6years(cardio vascular thing)also affects skin as discoid does! Keep chin up ok. :)
