lupus doing my head in

lupus really effects my mental state today is frustration day .found it so hard to walk and breath today its left me knackered .the other day it was crying day .why me ?i ask myself after over ten years with this disease you would think id learn .does anyone else have days like these ?

hi nipy yes i have days like that all the time frustrating ,hard 2 walk ,acking,always tired get verry tearfull and depressed and i have had lupus for 13 years doesnt get any easeyer to my2 deal with would just like 2 wake up 1 day and feel normal ,with out any ofthese smytoms ,,,,,

hi nipy, yes it affects me like that too. 1 day i am happy and ploughing through things no matter what and the next it's the end of the world. i call it my inner demon and have learnt to take 1 day at a time. hope u can learn to cope with your inner demon, take care :))

I feel so sad for you yes Its a horrible feeling and no one understands except us with Lupus, I find I have to show a strong front all the time+i feel a fraud as its not how I really feel.I cry qietly to myself..I hope your ok Take care xx
