We will have a special guest, Mrs Pam Keen, who will be coming

to talk to us about The Lions Club activities, including the 'message in a bottle scheme' that we should all be benefiting from.

She will also be delighted to receive any unwanted prescription glasses,

as The Lions Club collect them and send them to be re-used where they are needed.

We will also have a professional Reflexologist joining us.

She will perform short, 10 to 15 minute reflexology sessions for anyone wanting it.

It is believed that by stimulating the reflex points in the feet, it can help to remove energy blocks, relieving stress and allowing the body to heal itself.

We could all do with some of that!!!!
