Lupus Coffee and Chat Group in Plymouth.

Hi, I am part of the Devon and Cornwall Lupus Support network. I co host a Coffee and Chat bi monthly at the Legacy Hotel, Marsh Mills, Plymouth. The next one is this Saturday at 11am in the hotel coffee/bar lounge.

If you would like any more details please reply to this message. There is nothing formal about the group, but it is a good place to meet people who understand and are willing to listen.

We are part of Lupus UK. If Plymouth is too far away, we do have other groups around Devon and Cornwall.

I am a fellow Lupie and would be delighted to hear from anyone who might like to come. I am currently well enough with the Lupus to be of use!

I will keep checking in to hopefully answer any questions regarding the Coffee and Chat.

Hi Niki, Good to hear from someone else in the south west on here. Do you know if there are group meetings in and around Exeter as Plymouth is a little too far.

There is definitely groups closer to you. I will look them up. Are you on Facebook? If so look me up. Nikisolomon my home page has a big colourful pirate ship on it, so you will know that it is me. I can then pm you someones details.

I hope you start to feel better. I have read your blog and posted a reply! Hopefully it will be of some help to you. As with any of these forums, none of it is moderated by docs etc, so you need to take what is relevant and disregard the rest.

Unfortunately, the Exeter Coffee and Chat was today (12th July)!!!! But the next one will be at 11am on 13th September at the Ruffwell Inn.

We (Devon and Cornwall Lupus Group, part of Lupus UK) also have the following coffee and chats:

Paignton 18th July, Sidmouth 19th July, Liskeard 5th Sept, Okehampton 11th Sept and open to all, a Lupie Picnic in the Park in Paignton on 19th Aug. Fancy a day out in Paignton???

does anyone know when the next support group coffee meeting is? I am getting fed up with this illness and no one apart from family seems to understand me or it. I live close to Marsh mills so it would be easy to get to it or anywhere in Plymouth. Please message me.

I am Niki and I meet and great at the Plymouth Coffee and chat group. The next meeting is at the Legacy Hotel, Marshmills on the 10th November at 11am until everyone goes.

We are a friendly bunch who understand.

We welcome you and friends and family.

In the meantime this is a good place to get support and understanding. If you require anymore information about it, please get in touch. I will look forward to meeting you at the coffee and chat. If you are nervous about joining a group in full flow,I would be happy to go early and meet you before hand. Just let me know.
