finaly i cant tolerate anything on head - so how do i get out of this ? HELP

My husband jokes that I could wear a Burka !! Seriously though, I wear a light indian cotton scalf around my neck a lot in summer so that I can just put it over my head when I go outside, it's light and hardly feels like you are wearing anything, but it doesn't protect you for long, so need to wear plenty of cream too.

If you can not tolerate a hat, a scarf, or can not carry an umbrella there are sun protection hair/scalp products. Hair usually protects the scalp from sun exposure but with thin hair or with sensitive skin some sort of 'coverage' is important. It is a situation of manage the best you can when you can. Stay out of the mid day hot sun. Prevent protect and be well. Cheers.
