Difficult to determine 'what' causes which symptoms - CNS Lupus or MS - as both have the potential to create similar symptoms within the central nervous system. Usually best to focus on eliminating alleviating minimizing the symptoms to prevent permanent damage. Both CNS Lupus and MS are unique to each patient thereby being difficult to anticipate speed of progression / deterioration of the disease process.
Seizures are not to be taken lightly - get medical attention as often as is necessary.
Have you relapse/remit MS, Secondary MS, Primary Progressive MS, or Progressive relapsing MS? Usually identifying this bit with MS helps to gain better control and understanding of the symptoms through specific targeting of Rxs.
Please take care of yourself - be careful out there.
