lupus vs ms

i have cns lupus and ms dx in 1999, i am expiercing ataxia and grand-mal siezures since jan, this yr had petit-mals since 2008, one doc says there caused by lupus and the other says ms and ideas

Difficult to determine 'what' causes which symptoms - CNS Lupus or MS - as both have the potential to create similar symptoms within the central nervous system.
