STEROID ADVICE

steroids back up as i previously posted. had couple of good days and now i down with really sore throat. it seems everytime they are increased i get either sore throat or sinus. why ?

I'm afraid I can't really answer your question but if it's any help i do get a lot of sore throats which last about 5 days and are often accompanied by a very sore tongue. I haven't noticed a connection to steroids but I wonder if you use an inhaler (for Asthma), these are notorious for irritating the throat. perhaps someone else in the group has a similar problem and may give you a much better answer than i can. if not you may feel you should discuss it with your Doc or your Lupus nurse.
