Have your rheumy tried a kenalog (steriod) injection? I had major pain in my back whereas I really struggled to do much at all. She gave me a kenalog jab the end of last november and its worked a treat! I could probably do with another now as my back is starting to get quite painful again but the injection still gave me a good 3/4 months og minimal pain and my pain now is still nothing like as a bad as it used to be. I'd definately say give them a ring and see if its an option! By th way it only takes a minute and dosent really hurt! Good luck x x
