Vasculitis

l had a horrific experience last week I wanted to share. On Monday I started with a stomach ache around 4:00pm. By 5:00am my husband brought me to Urgent Care. After doing a number of tests and imaging I was taken to the hospital for many more tests and observation. They could not find any definitive answers. Today I came across an article that I believe explains my episode.

This article in addition to the blood work results would explain my symptoms of acute abdominal pain being caused by Vasculitis.

My WBC and NEUTROPHIL results were very high showing inflammation or infection. However, they came back into normal range 24 hours later.
