Hi I've had two rituximab infusions and on mycophenolate due to SLE lupus nephritis my hair is starting to thin due to lupus and probably the medication has anyone got any recommendations on what to use to make hair thicker and longer again as I'm starting uni in September and am trying to maintain and keep my hair healthy.

Thank you!

I am currently on chemo and was suggested to do online workshop about hair loss. They siad rosemary shampoo can help to stimulate new growth. Sorry can't remember other details will look at notes later and add in anything else that might help

My hair is also very thin, never really went back to normal after chemo. I’ve tried loads of shampoos, the latest was Champo products, they are expensive but not really sure they have made a difference. I also used Lee Stafford hair growth shampoos from Boots sell, which I found after a lot of use helped a bit and a lot cheaper than the Champo. I guess it’s trial and error. I find using my ghd hot brush gives a bit of volume to my hair. I’m thinking of getting one of those topper hairpieces as I’m obsessed about my hair. I’m so jealous of people with healthy thick hair. Best wishes x
