Hello, After many years of joint pain and 5+ years of eye troubles, I was given a series of blood tests including autoantibodies. I've come back positive three times now for dsdna autoantibody (the second two tests simply being repeats). The numbers (I think) were fairly low positives - between 48 and 68. In my second test they also did ENA which came back negative. I've been referred to rheumatology.
I just wondered if anyone had experienced this. If the ENA was negative, does this mean I can't have lupus? Thank you. X
