Hi has everyone had problems with their spleen i had an ultrasound yesterday to look at my liver but they said my spleen was extremely enlarged Ive had lupus for about 10 years or more. I am having problems with my stomach around eating and acid buy this is because i took naproxen any advice welcome

Hi there, yes I have a medium enlarged spleen. I have had it a long time. I would say 15 years. Was told it is linked to lupus. Now I developed lymphoma and the haematologist said it could also be linked to lymphoma. They don’t know.

Hi nice to meet youI have lupus since 27 I'm 52 I recently was found to have enlarged spleen in my cancer monitoring cat scan

But on November cat scan it was back to normal they said was due to bad triple infection I had for few months.

But I'm not sure that's correct as I recently had sepsis no enlarged spleen.

So like you think lupus did it

nice to meet you to i am 46 and like you had lupus a while it just the cause of alot of problems with my health this is just a new thing for me

That is interesting, I have never heard of enlarged spleen shrinking back to the normal size.

Mine was quite enlarged also. it has went down to normal size. I’ve never asked why or what.
