Hiya. I'm on hrt and feel bloated but I did before hrt so I think it's a combination of hrt and hormones for me . I hadn't even heard of perimenopause until I was put on hrt. Unbelievable I'd never heard it mentioned before in my 50s. id obviously known about the menopause..Sorry I'm going off track . Yes the dreaded bloat ontop of everything else we deal with.
