Not been on here in 7 years completely free of what ever and never twigged my symptoms.Started with groin ache then a left swolen testical. Nothing showing up on ultrasound or prostrate. Then back whent hot and big nerve pain next on the cards knee pain more on left leg. Then more back pain like my sacroiliac joint gone. Then feet cold and hot at night followed by hands going red with little lumps.

I'm at a loss with all these going on.bloods showing nothing just a little bit high. Any thoughts.
