Sounds really painfull. I tend to contact my local pharmacist and ask their advice. They have really helped me keep my feet going with various creams. Well worth a try.I hope you find something that helps.

Oh GF 🤗😖You have my sympathy cos I can totally relate! I'm not sure where your blisters are exactly so I'll just give a few tips that I've found helpful.

I have SCLE which affects the skin mainly and I get ulceration on the soles of my feet..behind the toes and on my mid foot. I've found that soaking them in warm salt water can be very soothing. A washing up bowl with about 3-4 pinches of rock salt is best for me. Soak for about ten minutes..no washing..just soak. When drying with a towel very gently dab your feet dry rather than rub. Go very gently between your toes..I just kinda pinch the towel in between the toes from the front n back.

I use Dermol 500 lotion which I get on prescription but you can buy it. It's a soap substitute n moisturiser used in eczema n dermatitis n can be used often. After the foot soak I'll moisturise with the Dermol. When moisturising your feet DON'T put the moisturiser between your toes..I was told this by dermy nurses and a podiatrist.

Socks too..I can only wear bamboo or cotton socks n when my feet are really cold I put a pair of wooly ones over the top.

It might be worth u looking into insoles too..maybe some sheepskin insoles to keep feet warm n dry.

I hope you find some relief soon..foot pain is horrendous!! 💜🌈😽😽Xx

Hi Krazykat26

Thank you for you great reply and very useful info. I have lupus, raynards, Sjögren, connective tissue disease, hypertension, I was on steroids and have been told to stop them and see if helps no different now feels like feet are being squeezed.

Thanks again all the best.

Hello, I have really bad Raynaud's in both hands+ feet. I use Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment, prescribed by my consultant for chilblains. Just use a thin coat and then I put pure cotton socks back on with another warmer pair on top. Sometimes I use " Foot warmers", sticky pads which you stick onto the first pair of socks(never straight onto the skin!) These are exactly like the ones you get to put inside gloves, they heat up when they come into contact with the air. Unfortunately they are single use but I find them helpful as you can't walk about if you have a hot water bottle stuck to your feet!! Hope that helps. Take care over the winter, it's brass monkeys already!!
