Hope I have spelt it right ?

Anyways, do any of you fellow lupus sufferers get purple/red spots on their lower legs after a lot of walking. I've had it a few times but recently in the warm weather it was sore.....some people thought it was a heat rash but its raining now and I still have it all over my ankles and up the back of my legs....?? Is it just me ?

Yes I get this - have had this for years although more so at start of my CTD when untreated. Feels like ankles are bruised after walking or standing.

I asked a rheumatologist back then and was told it’s just to do with vessel instability and too many immunoglobulins I think - sjogrens vasculitis. I had something similar recently but was told it was folliculitis - which didn’t really make sense of the purpura and petechiae - but it went away with Eumovate and thrush medicine in the end and it was more raised and itchy so guess they were right.
