I’m recently diagnosed with cutaneous lupus, I’m going on holiday next month as well. I’m not really a beach person but I think I’m prepared. I’ve bought Ultrasun factor 50 sun cream for my face and body, I find it’s easy to get on and good for sensitive skin. Have my big hat, good sunglasses and loads of coverups for my shoulders, loose light trousers and long skirts. It’s the one thing I’m not looking forward to this year, staying in the shade and watching people getting a golden tan. Think the bottle of fake tan will be coming with me, it could be my new friend. I also bought Ultrasun tinted face sun cream to try and give me a glow as I’m so fair skinned. I also carry Salivax pastilles for my dry mouth in case I run out of water. Best wishes and have a lovely time

Thank you - it’s like stepping into the unknown as I like you enjoy a tan ! I have used ultra sun in the past , so thanks for that x

Morning, My dermatologist recommended la roche posay which is now available in Boots! and also sun sense. Which has had its formula changed in the last few months and is now back in stock. Both can be waterproof versions if desired. Factor 50 is best!

Enjoy yr holiday❤️
