Charity Coalition recommends 5 Tests for Government's "Living with COVID-19" Plan

Hi everyone,

Next week, the UK government will announce its "Plan for Living with COVID-19".

Together with 17 other charities, LUPUS UK has developed a set of 5 key tests that the plan must meet in order to protect and support people that remain at higher risk from COVID-19. Today, a letter has been sent to the Prime Minister and other key ministers outlining our tests.

Thanks Paul It is a good job that someone is fighting for the clinically vulnerable. The government/politicians (where has "following the science" gone?) seem to be hell-bent on allowing a free for all regardless of the risk/impact on people who are already coping with serious illness and are very frightened of the prospect of catching Covid 19 as well. Many thanks for your hard work and keep up the fight.

Hi Paul, I’ve written to my (Tory) MP today about several issues I’m concerned with and dropping the five day isolation and free lateral flow testing is among them, so this has been timely as I have now included the link to it in my email to her for her to read.
