Lots of fiber and Deep breathing and mindful meditation might help. If I feel stress I breathe in for a count of seven and exhale to a count of eleven. Good luck.
Exercise, diet and stress reduction. Cardio is best for lowering BP. Cut down on stimulants as well like caffeine, sometimes chocolate will cause a rise, licorice will too.
Some people just need meds esp those with kidney disease. If ya need em, ya need em. Doesn’t have to be forever but it can help your exercise tolerance. I get bad headaches and super tired when my BP spikes. That’s just me tho.

Pure beetroot juice freshly made and consumed in the morning. Also massage the back of the neck (between neck and head) well. Youtube has clips on acupressure points you do can every day on yourself. Support yourself by doing numerous things to achieve the effect. Good luck.
