Survey on energy limiting chronic illness and disability rights

Disability Rights UK is excited to announce a potential collaboration with Chronic Illness Inclusion. CII has spent four years developing a vision for equality and inclusion for people with energy-limiting chronic illness, energy impairment and chronic pain. Working with DR UK would help to make that vision a reality.

To resource this opportunity, CII and DRUK are collecting evidence from disabled people with energy limiting conditions (like lupus) of the need and the support for this work. This will increase our visibility to policymakers, and demonstrate that we can unite and speak with one voice to advance our rights.

I came across CII a while ago. I really like the idea of saying "energy impairment" I use it quite a bit to help explain especially regarding things like medical personnel who don't know me, when completing DWP benefit forms etc. Hopefully their work and this survey will help for everyone's future
