Very sad to read that Nice are not recommending Belimumab for active SLE on the nhs 🥲. Consultation closes end of this month .

I was led to believe that Belimumab had been approved and given the green light to go ahead. Where did you get this info from?

I was also led to believe it was going to have the green light. I checked nice site abs was bitterly disappointed

I wish I'd known this sooner. I would've spoken with my consultant as I had an appointment just last week. It'll be absolutely ridiculous if they don't approve this after all the success it's had.

I am deflated as I was told it would be great for me . It was a bit of light . We can all write to nice and just hope they change their thinking . However I doubt it’s that easy
