That's lovely April 🤗 pop it somewhere prominent n u will always have a spoon. I have them dotted around my home too..I'm getting quite a collection!! 😹🥄🌈😽😽Xx

Thank you. I haven’t actually bought it. Just saw, then I found myself thinking about the group, this group, where I learned about the spoons and what they meant for us. I took a photo and posted it to you all to share. I might go back to the shop and buy it! Have lovely day with lots of spoons! X

The spoon theory helped me so much to explain what's it's like living with chronic illness. Now I can say I'm "low on spoons today" n my family n friends get it..the bonus is I don't have to say I'm ill today (I hate that) or try to explain the inexplicable coz it does my head in!! 🙆😹This group is precious n I'm thinking that's your spoon..for u alone..it's really beautiful!! 🌈😽😽Xx

Thank you Krazykat. Your reply made me cry. No one really told me or recognised that my spoons are precious and they are for me alone. It’s usually the case that I am asked to give away a lot more than I can possibly offer. Thank you x

Aw bless ya 🤗sorry I made u cry..but then again..crying is good..it's the opposite of laughing n releases loads of pent up frustration! 😤Part of living with chronic illness is learning to say 'no'..it's one of the hardest hurdles to overcome..sometimes I feel really rude when someone comes round n I'm not even gonna come out of my bedroom n say hello..but it's just coz I can't at that moment in time..but close friends get it..anyone who doesn't is too much for me so I've now got some close friends n that's it.

Use your spoons wisely n stick with us coz we know what it's like living with this 💩24/7!!

A spoon appeared to u in the charity shop n I say go for it when you're able..it's a lovely design n I love the hearts..C.M.Finch has created that spoon for u at this time. Maybe I'm talking crap..but what if I'm not? 🤔😹🌈😽😽Xx
