What UV hat with UV protection shield do you recommend for a sever Lupus patient (46 years old woman). Housbound for years.

I just bought a Solbari sun hat , UV 50 protection , also a snood factor 50 too to pull up over my face ! Had to order fro Australia but it was worth it, they have some lovely choices ! Hope that helps !

I have bought a F50 protection hat. They are available from Sensibility or Solbari. I also bought an umbrella with F50 protection - I find it much cooler than a hat and I can ensure that more parts are covered. Have you seen their websites?

I can recommend Solbari clothing too. And a parasol and a fine selection of hats for all occasions! I have a three metre diameter sunshade on the patio in the summer too so that I can step straight outside and under it.
