Merry Christmas everyone, this is a weird/ strange time but I hope you were able to spend time with those you love and hold them close.
We’ve been home all day and with the nice weather and no hams in stock at the store we visit, grilled a non- traditional meal of beef and veggies, I think this has been much more fun.
How was your Christmas and what are some things that you enjoyed this year?
Update: talked to the Rheumy and she confirmed 2nd low positive Cardiolipin antibodies. No medication necessary at this point for that and I am to continually get more lab tests done and be kept an eye on. Will be seeing neuro next week to discuss EDS. Have asked about Mitochondrial disease and want to ask her about some other issues that keep popping up. I think this is a safe place; my grandma used to mention how dementia ran on her side through the women and I guess with some other symptoms going and coming I worry about this. My thyroid is better under control so it’s not the culprit this time. Maybe it’s the current circumstances with the way the world is today I don’t know, but I guess stress and worrying won’t help. Regardless it’s time to start trying more to get up and out in nature. I have a daughter who’s not yet grown and we’re potentially excepting our first foster placement and I worry about my efficiency, energy, and memory. I couldn’t be more excited to help and have wanted this for a long time to . Anyway, I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and will have nice New Year💕
Hugs.

These antibodies are associated with an array of neurological issues. It doesn’t mean you will get them, but your neurologist will want to be informed.
Hi Jenna, I am so pleased that you had a lovely Christmas, we did too, it has been lovely just my husband and I and our fur babies. How wonderful that you are having a foster placement too. I can tell you as a social worker for 23 years prior to my illness, the difference you make is immense. Happy Healthier New Year 🍾🥂 xxx
Cecily, it sounds like you had a nice Christmas also💜. What kind of fur babies do you have? Aren’t our animals so precious😍. Thank you for sharing with me and for your service; I think that’s wonderful that you had been working as a social worker for all those years. I’m sure the children you had been working with felt your love and dedication. I’m happy for you and your family and the relationship your building with the child placed in your home💗.
Hi Jenna yes we had a lovely Christmas. Sorry we do not have any children just our fur babies Brodie and Dylan, cocker spaniels who we love dearly. Happy New Year lovely. I really hope that you will make a positive and nurturing impact on your foster child xxx
Sorry, I may have misunderstood your message 🤦🏼♀️. They sound like very sweet fur babies! I’m glad you had a nice Christmas and New year! Hopefully this year will be an improvement from the last. Thank you, I hope so too💗 she has been through alot!
