I'm sorry you are going through all of this, especially at such a strange time.

Please check out Dr Brooke Goldberg at goodbye lupus

She has patients that have seen some amazing results. I, myself dip in and out of her program, but when Im on the ball with it I see the best blood results for my SLE.

I am not going to lie it's hard work if you are a foodie, but it's worth it!

When I am not doing the program I still stick to a vegan diet and try to cut out process foods.

Hi Drakula . Be careful about any advice regarding diets and supplementation, especially if you are experiencing kidney involvement with your lupus. You must always discuss any radical changes to diet or new supplements with your consultant before trying them. It is also important to bear in mind that lupus varies significantly and what may work for one person may not work for another, or could be potentially harmful.
