How embarrassing. For someone that is ...

No surprise. Been saying this for a month now. Confirmation bias is a real thing. I really think there is benefit to using azithromycin and this is what ticks me off. It’ll be lumped with HCQ as inefficient.

Thanks for sharing Roarah!

While mortality was highest in the just HCQ arm so maybe they might retrial azithomycin independently.

That’s what I keep asking but no one has done such a study. Interestingly I’ve been hearing PCPs will still prescribe azithromycin without HCQ on outpatient basis. We know azithro decreases lung inflammation which is why a lot of people with COPD are on it chronically. I doubt they’ll do a trial with only azithro. People are clinging so hard to HCQ, they don’t want to believe anything else works.

Why am I not surprised and in the meantime just how many people have been getting hold of it through one of the online sites selling it and putting themselves at risk of serious harm because they think it's a cure or prevention.

How are you Roarah? Keeping well and safe I hope.

Going a bit stir crazy here but at least I have a garden to be in and sort out. Also trying to do a bit of decorating in my bedroom. Plus got some sewing to do as everything is falling off me

Thanks for asking. I love being home as a rule and am grateful to still have income coming in. I am feeling very heathy and am starting week 7 of lockdown in my state.

I am walking a few miles daily in a beachy neighborhood with my 13 year old and really enjoying the chats with her and the views. My area will not be lifting any bans until mid May at best so I try to find pleasure in being able to have my teenager's undivided attention again after a few months of being all about friends instead of family.

If weather improves a bit we will open our pool in a few weeks this will hopefully allow us to feel like we are at least on a staycation instead of a lock down. Also playing alot of snooker these days. We ordered a cheap table online when we heard about lockdown possibilities.

We also have been binging on " whose line is it anyway?" To keep us laughing. I forgot how much I loved that show.

Enjoy your garden and stay healthy!xo
