I’ve been an Ocado regular for years, with a delivery tomorrow. Had to queue for ten mins to get onto their website to add something I’d forgotten 😱

Yes me too. They are great. Like you I was in a queue for 15 minutes yesterday to see if they had any Andrew wipes. Not a chance. I note they will only put the shopping on the doorstep now which is sensible but not so good for those elderly or infirm customers.xx

My husband can carry ours in but I do worry about people who cannot manage. We really do not comprehend the ramifications of a shut down everywhere. My two cockers are on a prescription diet so I ordered more for them online but had a message today saying they are inundated with bulk orders. People are really panic buying xx
