Plaquenil and frequent urination

I’ve just begun Plaquenil and not sure if it’s the reason, but it seems I’m having to urinate lots more than I usually do. Has anyone had this issue?

it had a complete opposite affect on me. much less frequent urination

Thanks Jacky34 for your reply. It may have just been something else causing the constant peeing. I’ll continue taking it and hopefully it won’t be an issue.

That very well could be Jacky34. Both my mother and maternal grandmother developed Type 2 diabetes and passed away at age 62 from heart disease and stroke which I’m sure the diabetes was a factor. I am 63 and have remained “borderline”.

The rheumatologist just ran a very complete barrage of tests, wondering if the BG level was a part of it ?
