Joint pain after holiday

hey, since coming back from honeymoon, I’ve had severe joint pain, which initially started off as bursitis (diagnosed) in my right elbow, but has now spread to both my knees and other elbow. For a while I’d go to bed at night and it’d switch from one side of my body to the other, but now it’s pretty constant. My blood inflammation markers are over 200, and I have had a spell in hospital as was getting night fevers too, which have started to subside, however the doctors have been left scratching their heads. Awaiting results today from the tropical disease unit (as was away in Mauritius) but if they all come back negative I’m not really sure what next steps are as the pain is really starting to affect my day to day! Any advice would be greatly appreciated
