Has anyone had this?

Morning everyone, over the last few days I have been getting really painful feet and now the pain is moving round my body. Joint and muscle. This morning when I tried to walk my body shook so much that I could not weight bare my boyfriend carried me to the bathroom and back to bed. I'm still not under anyone as my doctor dose not believe I have SLE but hopefully be seeing someone soon at St Mary's Hospital.

Any advice please

It could possibly be the change in temperature. I get quite poorly in the heat.
