Does anyone have ideas what my many symptoms and health conditions may be or linked to as I am struggling to understand what’s wrong with me

Hi everyone am struggling each day with various symptoms I start the day with a sore throat, sore tongue amd neck and I have a bitter taste in my mouth and I can’t seem to taste food like I used to this is now permanent. My eyes are gritty but seems to get better as the day goes on. I have constant headaches and have a pressure over one eye with blurred vision this has been going on for some time. I don’t sleep well and wake up tired due to my insomnia and having to drink a lot as I have pains where my kidneys are there’s constant protein and frothing in my water am thirsty and just feel dry 24/7 with dry skin and pitted ridged nails. Am gaining weight and am full of water retention. Am Sensitive to foods and medication and am constantly feeling sick have balance issues, ringing in my ears and am itching all over. I have constant stomach pains and bloating and suffer from tingling in hands with tips of fingers sore. My hands itch feel dry and it’s like I have chilblains. I have numbness in my face, feel so cold then hot and can’t regulate my body temperature. I can’t stand the light and noise. I have to have sunblock 24/7 as I can’t tolerate sunshine. I also have cognitive impairment, fatigue and memory loss. Memory clinic said its depression and my Drs blame it on the menapause. This is how I start the day every day. Am being investigated for lupus and I have been diagnosed with Gord, M.E fibromyalgi, reynauds and a bladder and bowel prolapse. 2 brain scans over the last 3 years showed I have micro bleeds on my brain which no one seems bothered about. Any ideas what else could be going on as the nurse at the migrain clinic and my rheumatologist are taking forever to get to the bottom of my many symptoms. Any advice is much appreciated as I don’t seem to get anywhere with the care I get as they just want to put me on anti depressants and give me pain killers neither of which I cant tolerate so am left in this cycle of symptoms. Luckily I have a very supportive son and husband to keep me sane and this site with such lovely people on it. It’s whats keeping me going as I know it’s not just me and I am not alone or going mad. Your doctors need to test you for lupus and other autoimmune stuff .I’m sure you will get to the bottom of this eventually.good luckx
