Hair loss....?

Hi all

I’m new on here, Diagnosed 2012, suffered with hair loss, bald patches, however my lupus is well Managed I have very thin hair around the front of my hair line and crown. I’m wondering if anyone can recommend anything orvgad good results with anything? I have good products I use that disguise the patches really well but wondered if there was anything else out there? Thanks in advance!

I have had brilliant results with making my own bone broth and drinking it once a day or adding it to stews or soups. My hair was very thin and brittle and falling out in handfuls but bone broth has changed that 100%. Even my mum has it now and she doesn't have Lupus. Its to do with the collagen and enzymes within the liquid.
