New to the oil

Hi, first time poster. I've been hearing quite a few people asking about Black Seed Oil & pain.. The only reply I have to the pain is what got me started in the first place. I use the oil directly on my joints that ache at night & within 24hrs the pain went away. I've been using it ever since. As far as general health, I take 1 tsp. in the morning & one at night as it says in the directions for immune support. As with any medication consult your doctor, start slowly, then increase if needed as long as it doesn't make you feel worst. I'm 68 years old so I know I need to stay in some good health & shape just to maintain. I'm not a doctor, but just remember you can't sit around and do nothing especially if you're retired like me. Do what you can for the condition that you're in and above all keep your head up & smile. God Bless.

I have used black seed oil for scalp pain and it did help alot . I have tried taking it orally but it tastes awful ☹️. I hope it works for you, best wishes .

It does taste awful! I put it in a little bit of orange juice and then you can barely taste it

Still think i will rub it on rather than drink 😀 it’s good when you find find something that helps x
