Trying to figure out what autoimmune disorders I have

Hello everyone, my first ANA came back positive... My GP just did another one and it was negative, but my c-3 and c-4 levels has gone up... Any way I’m have had oral thrush now for over a month two rounds of fluxzlone and still using nyastatin. Has any one else had this problem. I go back to my Rheumatologist on the 13th... But it’s hard to swallow my food and feels like it gets stuck in my chest.. I’ve lost around 8lbs because I can’t taste anything and some foods burn my tounge...

I have all same symptoms and fluctuating ANA and high C3 and 4. I have Sjögren’s as my main disease plus Hashimoto’s with bits of RA and Lupus like symptoms.
