Question re. Before flare

Hi all hope your day is not too bad today. If it is sending🤗 to you.

I have noticed that before a bad flare that I am constantly urinating, maybe a day or so before flare happens. Just out of curiosity does this happen to anyone else? Maybe it’s just me!!

Never had anything like that. But I do think infections can kick off a flare?

Maybe you have a UTI that the body then reacts to?

Hi no been checked for uti and always neg. seems to be something that happens, must be me!!😂

I thought it was only me but I also urinate quite frequently before a flare comes on, I also have I.C. along with a few other autoimmune problems. I just use my heating pad and pray that the flare will end quickly.

Hi Benno09 it happens to me as well constantly on the loo wondering where it's all coming from lol. When that starts to happen I know I need to rest then it's not so bad. Weird signs 😁. Take care
