Hi Naz2005,

It sounds like you’re having one of those β€œonly Lupus sufferers knows how you feel days again”. I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way, but it will pass and although it’s easy for me to say this, I do know exactly what you are going through and I sympathise in every way! Please try to keep your chin up as in my experience the more you let it get to you the more it can lead to a full blown flare! Try to be positive if you can, in the mean time I will keep thinking of you and try sending you get well thoughts! Hope you feel better really soon,

I know exactly how you feel, I've going through this for a while. I just feel tired of being ill and unable to plan to do anything incase I feel bad on the day. I hate the tablets as they make me feel worse than the lupus does and everytime I do feel good one of my doctors does a blood test and tells me something is wrong so i'm beginning to dread feeling good. I feel like I sleep my life away and with winter coming the daylight here in Scotland can be just a few hours at best so I feel even worse. I hope you can find something to cheer you up even if only for a short while

I had all this and more and still suffer if I don't take really good care of myself and listen to my body which is very hard for those with busy stressful lives, I understand.

However, getting the right balance of omega's helped my cracked lips and avoiding the foods that cause joint pain like the belladonna's, grains and too much dairy have all helped me so much.

I have said this on here before, if we have become too disconnected to our bodies and too far from nature, we suffer and our poor bodies are in a dilemma/complete imbalance.

A wonderful kinesiologist helped me by teaching me to muscle test myself for everything I ingest.

I use it all the time and if I don't listen to my body I get all the symptoms back - not just on diet, but on rest, movement, mindfulness, etc, too.

It is a weird problem, but makes sense to me being sensitive, as I think most of us are with immune system problems.

It took my life away from me for a while, but now I live a different life and I have a life back - maybe not like others or before, but I feel it was the life I was meant to live and so much is involved on all levels not just physical, but mental, emotional and spiritual, too. I don't mean religious.

Just something to think about and maybe it can help you, too, I hope so.

Keep positive and take care. X
