Another severe allergic reaction!

Hello all,

Currently in the middle of my second severe allergic reaction to medication in the past 2 months. Went to a&e was put on a drip and given 30mg of steroids (usually only on 5 daily).

The doctor basically told me that I could react like this to any new medication I’m given which sounds fun!!

Anyone else find this?

Think I'd choose to take any new medication in A&E - just to save time...

I’m fine on my steroids as have been on them for 3 months now! It was hydroxychloroquine which made me react before and now antibiotics! He said it’s the lupus reacting to the medication!
