I had my first methoject today at the hospital . I did a lot better than I thought I have really come far in 2 years .

I need to go back for a chest X-ray next week when I’ve got time . The nurse wants a starting point of my lungs as methotrexate on long term use can cause fibrosis of the lungs . I didn’t know that until today !

Good luck with the new Meds you will be fine in a couple of weeks you won’t even think about giving yourself an injection

Hi Lou, I started methoject a couple of months and the difference after about 6 weeks was amazing! Never thought I’d feel this good again so hopefully the same for you.

I honestly don’t even think about the injecting either, just a part of the routine now.

Morning Lou..I really hope your getting on well with your injections..just make sure you don't miss a blood test as there vital..as I've found out..I can't take mine at mo as my liver enzims are raised..they'd just started making a huge difference to the way I felt..I really do hope they help you sweety..good luck x
