Hy, my niece has lupus for a couple of years now. She is 23 now.

maybe 10 days ago she suffered horrible pain and nothing (aspirin, ibuprofen) could make it stop. She endured it for 5 days because she didnt want to go to the hospital. In the end she ended up there, had internal bleeding and was in intensive care. She is "stable" now but not better.

The worst problem of all right now is that her blood grains trombocites (pateletes -said google) are on the level of 23 and falling.

Does anybody know someone who could just give us some kind of an advice??

This week they will be doing test on the bones to check for leukemia.

But it is all so much suffering and all just experiments here in Croatia.

No one knows how to handle this!

Thank you for any kind of advice or help!

Stephany

Yes I too had low platelets and was in the hospital. I have lupus, but when the blood would not clot, it was called thrombocytoplenicpurpura and they gave me lots of steroids for a long time and eventually took out my spleen. Have not had those issues in years with my blood. It took a long time before feeling better I was 18 than and am grateful to be 68 now. I will pray for her. God Bless you both
