Hi, no I was taking arcoxia for a while last year, I found it more effective than Lodene which I take now but unfortunately it raised my blood pressure too much.
It was suggested be my Rheumatologist but prescribed by my GP, I was never given a none brand version. I don't know where you are but I'm in Wales.
However I am prescribed Mycophenolate mofetil by the hospital and I have to have the brand version as the other one makes me too nauseous, it is a constant problem with the hospital pharmacy to get it, I always end up making several trips to get it.
I've had several pharmacists tell me that the none branded is identical to the branded but my consultant agrees that I have to have the branded.
