BIO x4

Hi I have recently read about this BIO x4 on Facebook. Apparently it has everything in it to support a healthy gut and helps with food digestion supporting the immune system. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of it or used it? I was going to try it out. Thanks.

I tried some bio tablets to help repair my gut!!!! As I had read that’s where auto immune diseases stem from. There were 4 tablets. I can remember 1 was garlic , 1 was cinnamon and 1 was gelatine to help seal the gut lining. Can’t remember what the other one was. Unfortunately I see no benefit from taking them

Hi that's correct it explained previously there were 4 tablets to take but now they contain different elements which are lipase bromline and 2 others can't remember and it's 1 tablet now.

If you have money to burn...go ahead, but don't you think if these tablets worked the NHS would be prescribing them & saving themselves the millions they spend on our Dmards, TNF's & Biologics?
