Sorry mate but what is trt ?I know lupus ctd is predominantly a female illness and I don’t think there are a lot of men who post

Hi Shaunnn ,
Are you referring to testosterone replacement therapy? I have not ever heard of this being used in the management of lupus. Whilst hormones are important in their influence on the immune system and are believed to play some role in lupus, the majority of studies have not observed lower levels of testosterone in male patients.
Have you been found to have low testosterone levels?
