Just got a call from the hospital 're bloods taken yesterday. My liver enzymes have taken another significant jump so to remain off Azathioprine. Waiting a further call as rheumatologist is going to try fit me in tomorrow before his weeks annual leave.

I had the same problem when on azathioprine. My rheumy switched me to MMF and my liver enzymes went back to normal. I hope you sort this out soon.

I saw the rheumatologist on Friday and was informed that my liver enzyme levels had went up to 227. He wants to rule out any other cause so has taken more bloods and arranging for an ultrasound scan of my liver. To remain off the Azathioprine and only take the hydroxy until all tests are complete
