I'm going to a new neurologist now they are going to do a spinal for maybe MS. They're also looking at polyartharpathy any idea from anyone

Yes I had pain everywhere for a few years and now it’s just tingling and numbness with balance related issues.

The two neurologist’s I’ve been under have been a bit dismissive because nerve conduction Studies have shown nothing untoward. But both have agreed it’s a very diffuse small fibre neuropathy/ ganglionopathy as part of my rheumatic disease - now confirmed to be Sjögren’s.

Having this confirmed hasn’t helped me much because they still only offer me medications that might mask it at best. But it empowers me to know that it’s not all in my mind at least!

Been tested for just about everything and then some going to get a second opinion maybe new eyes will help

It took a lip biopsy with +ANA for my Sjögren’s to be confirmed.

MRI of lumbar and cervical spine ordered by neurologist found pain coming from what I call a little dent in my spinal cord and other problems in back, which I was surprised at, but glad to know the cause of so much new pain.Cervical can cause pain in places other then your neck.
