I am almost done for Christmas. I have had a hectic couple of days that i am in bed at the moment and can barely walk. The sole of my feet is hurting at every step. I am resting it because i have some engagements for 24th , 25th and 26th.
I haven't been too well because i am always fatigued so the slightest chance am up. I try to do all i can. Then i am flat out the next day. There is one more thing i have not sorted is Christmas cake and a cup cake i have looked at all year and because of obvious reasons, i have restrained myself from having it. All the shops have this cake but Aldi has the cheaper version.ππππ. So tomorrow i need to sort Christmas breakfast, the Christmas cake and those cup cakes ( i dream aboutπ€£π€£). My Guiness is sorted i drove to 2 different stores looking for a particular type of guiness. Nice! What i need now is to rest and get my cakes 2mro. Tried to get them online but unfortunately they wont be delivered until Wednesday. So wish me luck for 2mro.
Merry Christmas all i wish u a pain free holiday. Take care and God bless.
Regards

Hi Ije, same as you I have pain in the soles of my feet when I do too much (or too little sometimes and sometimes nothing at all). I managed to sort cakes out yesterday ...and plan to start cooking today. So I am not too busy to enjoy tomorrow.
Merry Christmas to you too (and to all Lupus UK commenters) and a pain free New Year!π
Merry Christmas to you too. Hope you sort the cake out today and your better rested for the festivitities. Very busy time of year so I hope with rest your soles of feet will recover!. You've probably just overdone it.
I thank God i was up on sunday. But i still over stretched myself. I went to church in the morning, then sorted the cake (although it wasn't the type i wanted). We were invited for lunch so went to our friends. We got home 5pm so we had to change and go back to church for the carol service. I help with the youth in my church so it was important that i go. I sat down althrough the service because my entire body was aching.
But i noticed something today. The youth had a short play to perform before the carol. So the kids arrived and we were sorting how to start. Then it dawned on me that i forgot to pickup one of the actors, and then a 2nd actor was nowhere to be found. So we had to give the other kids the script to learn in less than 15mins b4 the carol starts. I noticed because of the tension and anxiety i was feeling, my body was burning up inside. In minutes my body my feet was engulfed in pain.
Thank God my mum does the cooking. I will rest 2mro but i am abit worried my son has been complaining of his right ear. He had an infection and he was given a antibiotic ear spray and we felt he was getting better. But now he is complaining that the same ear is itchy, he hears a sound in the ear and he nolonger hears properly with that right ear. He says he feels something is in his ear. I am keeping an eye on him, if it gets worse i will take him to A&E.
I do hope your son's ear is ok and he's not developing an infection!. Do hope you will be better resting!. Christmas is a very fraught , busy , can be stressful time giving us extras to cope with that are tough when ill!. Hope you have a lovely day today. Happy Christmas. X
