Ooooooo what a cold day was working outside most of it hands /feet been bad and only just getting warm gp called today pre arranged call to get prescription WRONG I normally get nefedapine for rainods but this dose not work very well and rumi consultant told me to get sildenfill (viagra) as it has been licensed for rainods and they have been having good results but she has no record of it being licensed for rainods? but she will look into it and get back to me on Thursday if she can’t prescribe it she says I’ll have to go back to rumi consultant arrrrrr

I think Twitchy tried sidenafil for Renaud's. I tried nifedipine, but it only made me feel I would pass out, and it made my nose and shins bright red! Didn't reach my hands or feet. Yes, my nose gets cold, but I don't want to look like Rudolph or a boozer!

Thanks I know what you mean it made me feal lightheaded and made my legs flush but did nothing for my hands

I was meant to have 20mg of nifedipine but can only take 10mg as it messes with my BP too much. I have to take it as a split dose too it I don’t find it has much impact.

Gp told me to make contact with rumi for prescription as she has no idea what dose to give for rainods 😡
