One sided breast enlargement

Hey has anyone els had a breast enlarg like 3 sizes with intense pain on one side for months! Than go away and than the other side is now doing the same thing? My doctors are stumped. And I don't mean a little enlarged I mean alot.

I can't give you an answer from experience because I'm a guy, but my wife (who doesn't have lupus) has a similar issue on her left breast. It enlarged had red ring around nipple, red streaks on breast, and sore, even a bra causes extremely bad pain. She is 52 had a hysterectomy 25 + years ago, come to find out she has started lactating, and a duct is blocked and this is causing the pain and the enlargement.

I hope you find an answer soon. I know from watching my wife this can be very uncomfortable and cause a lot of worry!

Just normal walking and breast movement is painful for her!
